Conscious and diverse leadership

Topic designed by Eli and arba from La Insólita. We want promoting care responsible of people in organisations.

These contents give prominence to the idea of leaderships, in the plural; the LEADERSHIPS that value diverse abilities of people to support teams.

Radix Otro Tiempo - Bienvenides

October to December 2025

  • Module 1
What does it mean to care collectively? Collective care as an ethical and organisational basis.
  • Module 2
How do we build conscious and diverse leadership? From critique to practice: redistribute
power, legitimising listening and deciding together how we want to lead.
  • Module 3
Who cares for those who care? Internal policies on sustainability and a culture of rest.
  • Module 4
How to deal with conflicts through care and responsibility? Power, limits and
    repair as transformative dimensions.

The facilitators of the first topic are a team from La Insólita.

At La Insólita, they draw on knowledge accumulated over years of accompanying diverse collectives and organizational networks.Throughout this experience, they have seen that profound change happens when new methodologies are incorporated—while simultaneously transforming relationships and organizational culture—when we question and adapt what we have learned in order to transform reality. To achieve this, it is essential to create spaces where differences are seen as sources of richness within organizations, where discomfort can be named without fear, and where the common good becomes a shared responsibility. From this foundation, they share their experience and practical tools for everyday life. The following are some of the main features of the project: it is accessible, replicable, and adapted to the real conditions of those who care for and support social projects.

The school offers a variety of activities:

  • Training via virtual classroom from October to December.
  • Individual tutoring and counselling by the training teams from November.
  • Networking and exchange activities, both online and in person. The online gathering will take place on Thursday, November 27, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with prior registration required by November 12. The in-person topic event will be held on Saturday, December 13, and Sunday, December 14 at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, with prior registration until 20 November.

Radix is formed by

F.A.Q.

general registration form for organisations feminists, women’s and LGTBIAQ+ who want to participate in the Radix School. We ask you basic information about your organisation and thematic preferences for the School.

The Radix School is composed of 10 topics over 4 years, the organisations will be able to register for each topic according to their preferences or interests. For this purpose, we will set up a registration form by topic, which will be individual for each person.

The registration of organisations does not imply enrolment in the School’s topics. The registration form is used to request basic information about your organisation, your contact details and your motivation for participating in the school.

This form allows you to register for each of the Radix School’s topics.
The School is composed of 10 topics spread over 4 years, the following may participate individual persons belonging to organisations.

In order to register, it is necessary that the organisation is previously registered in the general register.

📍Please note thatit is not possible to register for all topics at the same time; the registration must be done one by one.

Manifesto

They call us to action. Those who fought before for us and those who couldn’t because their voices were silenced. Those who today are united in the face of growing social and political threats. Those who they are still to come and deserve an exciting future, full of possibilities. They call us to action. Those that care and strive to strengthen and protect the rights of women and LGBTIAQ+ communities.. Those who resist because they believe in a common feminist, anti-racist, decolonial and transgressive horizon. Those who trust in all that we are able when we get together. They call us to action. Those who know that only one diverse and democratic community is capable of building the world we fight for. Those who daily transform reality into for equality, justice and diversity. Those who dare to change everything from the roots up with the radical conviction that another world is possible.

Radix Project. Because they call us to action.
